Other Work

Teaching Artistry

One of her passion projects was teaching classes at BAL creating devised theater pieces inspired by the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Students each got their own Hogwarts Acceptance Letters and created their own imaginary creatures! Imaginative play and creating new work with youth are two of her passions.

Theater

Marissa’s time at Stella Adler Studio of Acting sparked her love of classical text, movement, and working with all-female creative teams. Her favorite roles include a chance to bring multi-dimensional, diverse stories to the stage and screen.
